General - Applied to all services
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $150.00 dollars will apply for each punctured seat hole. A fee of $20.00 will apply per each broken glassware. Other incidents will be assessed upon receiving invoice from the repair shop.
If the client becomes physically sick and soils the vehicle, a professional cleaning/sanitation fee of $250.00 will be added automatically.
Smoking and drug use in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any fines resulting from drug use will be paid for by the customer.
Alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
The driver reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if there is obvious indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
Chicago 66 Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed rate.
Chicago 66 Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions airlines/airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or other conditions beyond our control.
Chicago 66 Inc. is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Always check the limousine/sedan/bus before leaving.
Chicago 66 Inc. is not responsible for any injuries that occur inside and/or outside any of their vehicles. The customers accept full liability for injuries and harm that occur during and/or after the service.
Chicago 66 Inc. reserves the right to upgrade a limousine/bus without notice if there is scheduling conflict or mechanical issues with the reserved limousine. We reserve the right to send a different model, but same or better capacity and value.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Price is subject to change if you make any requests/changes to your original reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A no-show occurs when the car is at the designated pickup location and we have no contact with the customer. If we are unable to reach you after 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time we will treat it as no-show. Full amount (rate + 20% gratuity) will be charged. To avoid no-show please call our dispatch.
We will add 20% standard gratuity to the subtotal, consisting of the rate, wait time, extra stop etc.
A $50.00 holiday surcharge will be added on the following Holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Airport Transport only (to and from)
Rescheduling or cancellation is possible at no extra charge if rescheduling/cancellation is requested more than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for any cancellation made between 4-24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
A cancellation fee equal to the cost of the trip plus 20% service fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% service fee, including waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your sedan/limousine, please call 773-466-0909 to avoid a no-show billing.
Chicago 66 Inc. monitors all flights and adjusts scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee availability of a vehicle when flights are more than 45 minutes late. In this case the availability is on a best effort basis only.
Chicago Inc. grants a forty five (45) minute grace period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and a ninety (90) minute grace period after reported international flight arrival time to contact our dispatch. We monitor flight arrivals. Once grace period has elapsed and the customer has not called, the car will be dismissed and a no-show fee will be applied.
Extra stop en-route (up to 10 min) is $25.00 additional charge for sedan, SUV and stretch limousine and $40.00 additional charge for SUV limousine and party bus. After the 10 min. runs out each additional 5 min. increment of time is charged from the first additional minute. For sedans a $5.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies. For stretch limousines and regular SUV a $10.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies. For SUV stretch limousine and party bus a $20.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies. For out of line stops subject to special quote, please call the office at 773-466-0909.
15 minute grace period is granted for departure reservations. After grace period runs out, each additional 5 min. increment of time is charged from the first additional minute. For sedans a $5.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies. For stretch limousines and regular SUV a $10.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies. For SUV stretch limousine and party bus a $20.00 per each 5 min. increment charge applies.
Meet and greet service is available for a flat fee of $45.00.
Hourly Charter (Weddings, Special Occasions etc.)
Discounted rates advertised on this website are honored only if you schedule extended number of hours in advance.
Charters have minimum 2hr policy.
For all charters (including weddings) a 25% non-refundable deposit is required ($100.00 minimum) at the time of reservation.
A 25% cancellation fee (equal to non-refundable deposit) based on the fare, will be charged when cancellation is requested more than 7 days before scheduled pick-up time.
50% cancellation fee, plus 20% service fee, will be charged if cancellation is requested 7 days to 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time.
A cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the trip, plus 20% service fee will be charged if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
A no-show fee equal to the cost of the trip plus 20% service fee will be charged when passenger does not show at designated location.
There are no refunds for any unused time.
We guarantee your limousine for the times you specified. If you choose to extend/modify the original reservation we will try to accommodate your new requirements but we can not guarantee availability. If your hourly booking is extended each 30 min. increment of time is charged from the first additional minute.
Reservations are made for specific vehicles, if your requirements change and you need a smaller or larger vehicle we treat it as a new reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.
Point-to-point transfers

25% non-refundable deposit is required ($100.00 minimum) at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation it becomes the non-refundable cancellation fee if cancellation occurs between 4-24 hours before scheduled pick-up time. If cancellation occurs less than 4 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the trip plus 20% service fee is charged.

RATES: All rates are subject to availability. Rates are valid between 5.01 am untill 10.59 pm CST (Chicago time).
Late fee between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am is $30.00 extra. Late fee is based on the actual time you enter the vehicle.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your major credit card will be charged for the full trip at the time of pick-up. Charge includes 20% gratuity. We may request a signature of the credit card holder and a physical imprint of the credit card at the time of service. We require major credit card information including CCV number (3 or 4 digit security number) found on the back of the card, and billing address. Between 24-48 hours before your scheduled pick up time, we will authorize the card for the full amount.
CASH PAYMENTS: Cash payment for the full amount is due at the time of pick-up. We still require and will authorize your major credit card for full trip amount including 20% gratuity. Once cash payment is made to the driver we will void your credit card authorization. We require major credit card information including CCV number (3 or 4 digit security number) found on the back of the card, and billing address.
