We accept credit card payments or cash at the time of pick up.
We take an authorization on the card to guarantee fund availability 24 to 48 hours prior to your trip. It will show as a “Pending transaction” on your credit card statement when viewed on-line. We will then charge the card after the trip.
We collect credit card information with every reservation. This ensures the vehicle is booked and will be available for your trip.
A 20% standard gratuity is added to every trip automatically.

Some services (for example hourly charters) require a non-refundable deposit charged at the time of the reservation. Please refer back to the terms & conditions for more information.

We have several cancellation policies that are dependent on the type of service you are using. Please reference terms & conditions for specific cancellation policy.

We recommend you book the service as soon as possible. This will ensure the vehicle will be available for you for your trip at your quoted price.
The rates on our website for point to point services are for one way transfer services.
First available option lists a few vehicles that are available for your service. Unless you request a specific vehicle we will dispatch a first available car (Sedan, SUV or Stretch Limousine) that will meet all of your size requirements. First available option is usually the least expensive option.

We monitor every flight so no need to inform us the flight is delayed. If you rebooked or missed your flight please inform us as soon as possible to avoid a no-show charge and ensure that a vehicle will be available.

We ask that you make contact with us within forty five (45) minutes after the reported domestic flight arrival time and ninety (90) minutes after reported international flight arrival time to contact our dispatch. If the time elapses without contact from the customer the car will be dismissed and a no show fee will be applied. Check our terms & conditions for more details.

Please list your estimated arrival time as your pick up time and provide your flight number. Our team monitors the flight and we are aware of early/late arrivals. Please refer back to the Airport page for more details.

We offer “meet & greet” service for an additional fee. Our representative will wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. If you are interested in this service let our representative know during booking.
